Gentle Annie is a Pick Your Own berry farm, located in the picturesque Pennyroyal Valley in the foothills of the Otways, 20 minutes from Lorne.

Our farm is a great place to spend the day, with something for everyone. Children enjoy the old Fordson tractor outside the tea rooms and Mum and Dad can enjoy a leisurely lunch or devonshire scones while keeping the children in sight.

Everyone admires our resident scarecrows. They offer a unique and quirky photo opportunity.

We send you home with your fruit in a plastic bag or punnet but to keep your fruit in the best condition bring your own containers. An esky is also a good idea, particularly in warmer weather.

Buy a Gobblers Pass and eat as much as you like of our pesticide free berries while wandering about the farm, or pick into punnets or buckets and pay by weight to take the fruit away.

Situated: 20 minutes from Lorne and the Great Ocean Road; 50 mins from Apollo Bay by the uncongested scenic inland route; 2 hrs from Melbourne CBD; 50 mins from Geelong; 45 mins from Waurn Ponds 30 minutes from Colac.

We have rekindled an old tradition of berry growing in an area once famous for its fruit, and combined that with home cooking and country hospitality. We pride ourselves on our great coffee, and scones and berry pies have people coming back year after year.

When an easterly blows on the coast and grey clouds descend, it is often sunny on our side of the hill.
