
Fruit can also be a delicious way of feeding your skin from the outside.
Here are some recipes to try with your left over berries.

4 Tblspn cream or 1 egg white
One of the following: 1/4 peach or nectarine, 1 apricot, 3 strawberries, small cube honeydew melon or watermelon
Whip the cream until soft peaks form or egg
white until it begins to froth.
Mash the fruit to a puree, having skinned the peach, nectarine or apricot.
Mix the fruit into the cream or egg white and use immediately.
Spread
crushed strawberries over the affected area. Leave on 15 minutes
then rinse off with lukewarm water.
